Visit the Customer Service Desk located outside Farmers on Level 1, to purchase your gift card.
Christmas Late Nights
Join us from Thursday 17th December for our extended Christmas late night shopping hours.
From 17th-23rd December, shop 9am-9pm
We have an extensive range of performances taking place throughout the festive season in Centre. Enjoy the choirs, bands and individuals singing festive songs on late nights and weekends.
Gift Wrapping
Gift wrapping will be available from
Thursday 10th - Thursday 24th December (Christmas Eve).
Queensgate has two gift wrapping stations located near The Warehouse on Level 1 and outside Farmers on Ground Level.
Get your Christmas gifts wrapped at one of our gift wrapping stations in return for a gold coin donation.
Gift wrapping donations will be going to Te Omanga Hospice who provide specialist nursing, medical care and family support to help patients living with a terminal or life limiting illness in the Hutt Valley.
Pet Photos
Santa Pet Photography will run across five sessions:
Friday 4th December - 6:30pm-8:30pm
Thursday 10th December - 7am-8:30am
Friday 11th December - 7am-8:30am
Saturday 12th December - 7am-8:30am
Sunday 13th December - 7am-9:30am
Bookings are essential, limited spaces available. Sessions are run in 4 minute time slots.

Sensitive Santa

Sensitive Santa occurs outside of trading hours for individuals with sensory sensitivities in mind. We provide a kind and caring Santa, with no lights and music running in Centre.
Customers are able to book a time slot for a 5 minute session to have their Santa photos in an environment that is comfortable for them.
Bookings are essential, limited spaces available.
Santa and our Elves will tailor the sensory experience for each child, creating a safe space to bring joy and magic to all families.
